The client shares the offshoring requirement and presents a detailed proposal. Once the proposal is accepted, we begin to identify the resources for the client’s project. For dedicated offshore teams, we share with you the resumes of the appropriate personnel and coordinate the maintenance on your behalf and administer the tests (if any).
